Program: From Idea to Impact – Collaborating to Meet Global Energy Challenges

Across every industry, MIT has merged entrepreneurial risk-taking with technological innovation and scientific breakthrough. Taking on the toughest challenges, MIT’s scientists and engineers have pushed the boundaries of the possible. MIT has seen ideas have impact. We want to build on that tradition. This year’s theme, therefore, is “From Idea to Impact – Collaborating to Meet Global Energy Challenges.” The MIT Energy Conference seeks to provide a platform for the newest cutting-edge research, the latest industry know-how and the most innovative business models. Through discussions on specific challenges facing the industry today, we hope to investigate how energy innovation can move from idea to impact.

We are excited to announce the amazing speakers and panelists for our eighth annual MIT Energy Conference. This year’s keynote addresses will be delivered by David Crane, NRG President and CEO, and former Governor and Energy Secretary Bill Richardson. The conference is a ticketed event, so be sure to register to reserve your spot as tickets are selling quickly!
