Dr. Philip Rasch, Chief Scientist for Climate Science Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, will present a special seminar on "Geoengineering by Seeding Boundary Layer Clouds”. The seminar is co-sponsored by the MIT Global Change Joint Program, the Department of Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary, and the Center for Global Change Science.
